A private business diagnostic lasting 90 minutes

Stop changing
everything.

Bring me the business you keep circling. I’ll tell you what I think is actually going on and what to do next.

Start here

You are not new to trying

You do not need another person telling you to post more.

You have posted. Disappeared. Come back. Reworked the offer. Changed the colors. Rewritten the website. Tried to be consistent. Told yourself it did not need to be perfect. Just post the damn thing.

Maybe you know the strategy and still cannot make yourself execute it. Or maybe you have executed it and it genuinely is not working. That is the maddening part: you cannot tell whether the message is wrong, the offer is weak, the right people are not seeing it, or you are protecting yourself from finding out.

And while you are trying to solve it, you keep adding more. More content. More deliverables. More access. More time. Less money. You work harder, the business gets heavier, and somehow you are still the one wondering whether you are enough.

We are not going to diagnose you as the problem. We are going to diagnose the business, the decision, and the evidence in front of us.

The cost of keeping everyone happy

You can people please your business right into the ground.

Undercharging, overdelivering, overexplaining, and erasing your own boundaries can look like exceptional service from the outside. Sometimes “I just really care about my clients” means “I do not trust that what I promised is enough.” If every client gets more than they paid for, eventually you are the one paying for it.

The diagnosis

We trace the path from being seen to getting paid.

01

Attention

Not more random followers. Are enough of the right people seeing the work, or are you barely letting it leave the room?

02

Recognition

Can she tell you understand her actual problem, or could your words belong to anyone?

03

Trust

Have you shown enough substance for her to remember you, believe you, and choose you?

04

Offer

Is the result clear and wanted, or are you adding more because the core promise does not feel valuable enough?

05

Inquiry

Is it obvious how to hire you, and does the path make it easy to follow through?

06

The honest layer

Where are fear, perfectionism, or other people’s opinions quietly shaping your visibility, pricing, scope, or boundaries?

How it works

One focused question. One honest diagnosis. One place to begin.

Before

The Honest Intake

You complete a focused questionnaire and submit one website, one primary social account, one current offer, and up to five representative pieces of marketing.

During

The Audit Session

We examine what you are saying, selling, showing, charging, and asking people to do. I tell you what I see without pretending every problem is mindset, or that fear is never involved.

After

Your Honest Audit Summary

You receive the diagnosis, what is already working, three clear next moves, and one specific action to test. You also receive one written follow up seven days later.

You leave with less noise

Not another list of everything that is wrong with you.

This is for you if

You know too much to be this stuck, and that is making you question everything.

  • You have rebuilt the website, offer, or message more than once and still have not released it.
  • You need clients but keep disappearing when it is time to sell.
  • You undercharge, overdeliver, or make exceptions you resent and cannot seem to stop.
  • You ask so many people what they think that you can no longer hear yourself.
  • You are tired of trying to become louder, shinier, or more like an influencer.
  • You want an honest opinion and are willing to test one concrete move.

This is not

A magic answer or a promise that one call will fix your entire business.

  • A complete rebrand, website rewrite, or marketing plan
  • Ongoing coaching or unlimited access
  • Implementation or social media management
  • Therapy disguised as business advice
  • A guarantee of inquiries, bookings, followers, or income

Why Janae

“I have been the woman who worked her ass off, gave more than she was paid for, and still assumed she was the problem.”

I spent more than 15 years building a photography business and serving hundreds of people. I know how to position, sell, serve, adapt, and keep a creative business alive. I also know what it is like to have ambition and still want to hide.

I have undercharged, overdelivered, anticipated everyone’s reactions, and spent far too long believing I needed to become more certain, healed, or acceptable before I could be fully seen. I bring strategy and that lived pattern recognition to the same table without turning trauma into the product.

A few honest answers

Before you book.

Will you guarantee that I get more inquiries or make more money?

No. We use the available evidence to identify the strongest next move, but business outcomes depend on factors neither of us can control. I will never sell you a guarantee I cannot honestly make.

Will you review my entire business?

We look at the whole customer path, but the material review is intentionally limited so we can go deep without turning one Audit into an unlimited engagement.

What if we uncover a bigger problem?

I will name it clearly and tell you what I believe deserves attention next. You may take that information and work independently. Solving a newly uncovered project is not automatically included in the Audit.

Is this therapy or trauma coaching?

No. We can acknowledge how fear, perfectionism, protection, or trusting yourself affect business decisions, but The Honest Audit is business strategy and education. It is not mental health treatment.

What happens during the follow up seven days later?

You tell me whether you completed the first action and what happened. I send one written response interpreting what the test suggests and whether the next move is to repeat, adjust, or seek deeper support.
