The Honest Audit · Welcome guide

Come as you are.
Bring the real business.

You do not need to make everything look better before I see it. The unfinished, confusing, or uncomfortable parts often show us exactly where to look.

This is a focused business strategy session. We will be direct, practical, and grounded in the evidence your business is already giving us.

01

At least 48 hours before

Send the material I need to prepare.

Complete The Honest Intake and include one website, one primary social account, one current offer, and up to five representative marketing pieces. Live links are best whenever possible. Do not send passwords, private client information, financial details, or sensitive health information.

Before we meet

Choose the question that matters most.

We may notice several possible problems, but the strongest Audit begins with one real question. Think about the decision, offer, message, or customer path you keep circling and what would make the session feel genuinely useful.

03

During the 90-minute session

We look at what is actually happening.

We will trace the path from attention to inquiry, name what is strong, identify where the message or offer gets lost, and separate the real business problem from everything you have started questioning because the business feels quiet. You are welcome to take notes and ask for clarification as we go.

04

After the session

You leave with a clear place to begin.

Within two business days, you will receive your personalized Honest Audit Summary with what I found, what is already working, three next moves, and one action to test first. After receiving the Summary, you may send one organized written update within seven calendar days. I will reply within two business days.

A clear container

Direct strategy. Defined scope. No hidden second offer.

The Honest Audit is business strategy and education. It is not therapy, implementation, unlimited support, or a guarantee of inquiries, bookings, followers, or income.
